Base Pay + Commission
Mon-Fri and 1 Sat per month
- Assisting clients with the first step of the loan process
- Verifying client information
- Understanding clients’ needs and requirements
- Maintain Compliance per regulations
- Using a set script with every call
- Explain steps of our process to obtain a Customer Service Agreement (CSA) for every client
